Biks is an applied-AI company that builds AI systems which automate customer operations, finance, admin and reporting for growing businesses in Indonesia and Singapore.
The systems run inside the tools a team already uses — WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, ERPs and bank feeds — instead of adding another dashboard. Biks is not a chatbot vendor: each engagement starts with one real workflow and runs in production.

What does Biks build?
Finance and accounting: receipt and invoice capture, bank reconciliation, approvals and close-ready reporting, plus the handoffs between them.
Customer operations: WhatsApp orders, bookings, payments and delivery follow-up, answered around the clock.
Rapi, the executive assistant: an AI assistant in WhatsApp that reads documents, spreadsheets, photos and voice notes and returns finished briefs, decks, drafts and recurring briefings.
Who is Biks for?
Growing businesses whose work already runs through WhatsApp, spreadsheets and accounting software, and whose team spends hours a day moving information between them. Clients include food and beverage, professional services and real estate companies.

How does an engagement work?

How is Biks priced?
Each engagement has a one-time build fee and a monthly subscription that covers running, monitoring and improving the system. The price depends on the workflow, the number of integrations and the volume, so Biks quotes after a first call rather than publishing a list price.
How does Biks handle accuracy and data?
Figures and actions follow deterministic logic computed in code, not numbers generated by a model. Consequential actions, such as payments or anything sent to a customer, wait for human approval.
Client data stays in the client’s environment and is never used to train models.
