We built our security framework in-house on those standards, and we are preparing for formal certification.

• Each client runs in its own separate environment. Data is never mixed between clients.
• Agents work inside your own accounts, such as WhatsApp Business, Xero and Google, with only the access the workflow needs. You can revoke that access at any time.
• Only the Biks engineers who run your workflow can reach your data.
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
