Terms of Use

The service

Biks builds an AI assistant tailored to your business — typically running in WhatsApp and connected to tools you already use — then maintains, monitors, and updates it. Pricing is a one-time build fee plus a monthly subscription, agreed per scope before we start.

Your data stays yours

Everything your business sends through the assistant remains your data. You can export it anytime, and it leaves with you if you stop using the service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Fair use

Use the service lawfully. No spam or unsolicited mass messaging — WhatsApp's own rules apply, and violating them can get a number blocked, which is on the account holder. Don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

AI can make mistakes

We build guardrails into every assistant, but AI output can still be wrong. Verify important results — amounts, bookings, commitments — before acting on them. The assistant supports your business decisions; it doesn't replace them.

Payment and cancellation

The build fee is invoiced per the agreed scope. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. After cancellation we hand over your data and shut the assistant down.

Availability and liability

We work to keep your assistant running and continuously maintained. Outages of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, hosting, model providers) can be outside our control.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
