What we collect

Contact details you share with us — your name, email, WhatsApp number, and information about your business — through forms on this site or by chatting with us.

Operational data your assistant processes on your behalf: messages, orders, receipts, invoices, and documents your business and your customers send through it.

How we use it

To build, run, and improve your assistant, to respond to you, and to send reports you asked for. That's it.

We never sell your data. Your business data is never used to train ours or anyone else's AI models.

Isolation and security

Each business's data runs isolated from every other client — separate environments, never mixed. Access is limited to what's needed to operate your assistant.

Third parties

Your assistant runs on infrastructure from a small set of processors: WhatsApp (Meta) delivers the messages, cloud hosting stores the data, and AI model providers process messages to generate responses. Each receives only what's needed to provide the service.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while you use the service. You can export it anytime, and if you stop, it goes with you — deletion on request.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Message us and we'll do it.
